Sapporo Grand Hotel and SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL can serve the same central-Sapporo night, but they solve different route problems. Start with Sapporo Grand when the Sapporo Station–Odori corridor and its dedicated basement entrance beside the underground pedestrian space fit the trip. Start with STREAM when a Susukino base and a correctly selected Deluxe or Premium facility tier fit the trip. Confirm two separate property identities

For Sapporo Grand, match Trip.com property ID 993375, the English name Sapporo Grand Hotel, and the Kita 1 Nishi 4 address. For STREAM, match property ID 111414778, the English name SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL, and its Susukino location in the COCONO SUSUKINO complex. They have separate entrances, front desks, inventories and confirmations.

Before payment, save the property ID, formal name, address, phone, complete room and check-in instruction. Do not substitute a city hotel list, another branch, a map card or a nearby building. If one identity field conflicts, stop and resolve it before treating any facility icon or price as relevant.

Compare the route from the real arrival and last stop

Sapporo Grand's official access information identifies a dedicated basement entrance beside Sapporo Underground Pedestrian Space Exit 8. Use it as one segment of the planned route, then verify the actual station platform, lift, opening time, luggage and outdoor segment. Underground access does not guarantee that every journey is step-free, open at every hour or entirely indoors.

STREAM's official access information places it at Susukino Station Exit 5 through COCONO SUSUKINO. That can shorten a Susukino-centred evening, but the complex connection still does not prove every lift, door or late-night passage is available for the real arrival. Draw the route from the actual restaurant, transit stop or airport transfer, not from a generic city-centre label.

Open the complete room cards under equal conditions

At Sapporo Grand, retain the complete building and category wording—such as Main Building, East Building, Grand in Grand, Executive, Comfort, Grand Classic or Standard—together with bed, occupancy, area, floor, smoking status, bathroom and connecting-room wording. A hotel-level facility page does not add a room right omitted from the selected rate.

At STREAM, retain the complete Superior, Superior+, Deluxe, Premium or suite wording with bed, area, floor, window, occupancy, bathroom and every exclusion. If one side includes breakfast, free cancellation or facility access and the other does not, mark them non-equivalent instead of calling the lower headline number a saving.

Sapporo Grand: building and lounge are separate fields

Sapporo Grand's official inventory separates its buildings and room categories. Executive Lounge access belongs to the qualifying Grand in Grand and Executive scope described by the hotel. Do not infer access from a high floor, an East Building room, a suite photograph, the word Grand, or a hotel-level lounge icon.

Count lounge access only when the complete Trip.com room and rate, the booking confirmation or a matching written reply from the property states it for the real guests. Recheck guest count, child conditions, service times and included food or drinks. If the right is essential and remains absent or ambiguous, choose another qualifying rate or remove the lounge from the comparison.

STREAM: no-spa, spa and Premium are three contracts

STREAM's official room information separates Superior and Superior+ without spa or lounge, Deluxe with access to the shared spa, and Premium with the shared spa plus Premium Lounge. A private bathroom, larger room, high floor or translated word such as deluxe does not create an in-room onsen or Premium Lounge right.

Treat an exclusion such as Spa Access Not Included as a contract boundary. Deluxe may solve a shared-spa requirement without solving a lounge requirement. Breakfast, children, taxes and transport stay separate

Both properties publish food information, but an official breakfast page does not put breakfast into every Trip.com rate. Match the same number of adult and child breakfasts, confirm venue and time, and ask separately about allergies, strict diets and cross-contact. Do not infer a child meal from an adult rate or a buffet photograph.

Check the displayed treatment of Sapporo and Hokkaido accommodation taxes and any amount collected at the property. Keep JR, subway, airport bus, taxi, parking, luggage forwarding, restaurant and activity bookings separate.
