For Century Marina, match Trip.com property ID 24167026, the English name Century Marina Hakodate and the official address Otemachi 22-13, Hakodate. A Hakodate hotel list, a similarly named room or a waterfront photograph is not enough to establish the property being sold.
For Prince, match property ID 705163, the English name Hakodate-Onuma Prince Hotel and the official Nishi-Onuma-Onsen, Nanae address. It is not a hotel beside JR Hakodate Station. Stop if the property ID, formal name, address, complete room card and confirmation do not describe the same place.
Choose the itinerary before the room
Put the arrival terminal, baggage plan, dinner, night activity and next morning on a timeline. Century Marina can support a city sequence around the station, market and waterfront. Prince needs the Onuma leg to be deliberate, with enough margin for the chosen train, shuttle or road plan.
Do not compare only the room prices. Add the transport needed to reach and leave each property, possible parking, luggage handling and the time cost of returning to the city. If the next morning must begin at Hakodate Station or the market, test that route before giving value to the resort setting.
Century Marina: match the complete room tier
As checked on 2026-09-13, the hotel's official English accommodation page listed 17 room types and stated that all guest rooms were non-smoking. It separated Standard and Premiere rooms with enclosed showers from the Royal Floor. Recheck the complete live room card, then match the tier, beds and widths, capacity, area, bathroom wording and any precise view wording.
The checked official page assigned a natural-hot-spring bath with a view to six named Royal Floor types: Royal Suite, Century Suite, Family Suite, Corner Suite, Junior Suite and Marina King. Prince: keep room, side and view wording separate

The Century Marina page checked on 2026-09-13 published a 14th-floor natural-hot-spring spa and a 15th-floor open-air facility. These are shared hotel facilities, separate from the six Royal Floor room baths.
