Furano Kitanomine stay: Nozo Hotel or Fenix Furano?
Choose one room for the same Kitanomine night by matching Nozo's exact shower or Junior Suite bathtub, shared spa wording, Fenix's named-suite kitchen and laundry, breakfast, ski operation, taxes and cancellation.

Begin only after choosing the same night in Furano's Kitanomine area. The author stayed at neither Nozo Hotel nor Fenix Furano. Search the two exact English Trip.com pages with equal dates, room count and every guest's real age; then match the property ID, complete room, shower or bathtub, shared spa, kitchen, laundry, breakfast, ski operation, taxes, payment and cancellation before keeping one room.
Each record below establishes only the experience named on its card. It is not a review, booking confirmation or evidence of rooms, baths, meals, transport or views at either target property.

The author has first-hand Hokkaido ski, equipment and transfer experience. It is not a stay at either target and proves no Kitanomine room, spa, kitchen, laundry, breakfast, pickup, lift operation, snow condition or Trip.com order.

The author visited Biei's Blue Pond in early summer. It supplies only wider Furano–Biei route context, not Kitanomine, either hotel, a room view, service, transport, weather or booking proof.

Fix one Kitanomine night before comparing one complete room
This is not a ranking of every Furano hotel and it does not reopen a Furano Station or Naka-Goryo base decision. Begin only after deciding to keep the same night in Kitanomine, then search both exact properties with identical dates, room count and every guest's real age.
Put the property ID, address, complete room, beds, capacity, shower or bathtub, shared spa, kitchen, laundry, breakfast, cleaning, ski operation, transport, taxes and cancellation in one table. Keep only one room for the same night; never compare unrelated teaser prices or different cancellation contracts.
Thirty-second answer: hotel-style shared bathing or a named apartment contract
Open Nozo first when a conventional hotel room, shared hot and cold baths, sauna, ski locker and family facilities fit the stay. If natural spring water or an in-room bath is essential, the official wording does not establish it.
Open Fenix first when a named one-, two- or three-bedroom suite with a full kitchen and in-room laundry is essential. A studio, hotel room or Run of House is a different contract and cannot inherit apartment equipment.

It is not Fenix Furano, a Furano hotel list, the author's stay, official direct booking, natural hot-spring water, an in-room onsen, a bathtub in every room, breakfast, lift operation, transport, or fixed price and inventory guarantees.
Enter the real check-in and check-out dates, room count and every guest's real age. Match property ID 110029424, Nozo Hotel, 14-38 Kitanominecho, the complete room, beds, capacity, area, non-smoking status, shower or bathtub, shared Sugi Spa, breakfast, children, cleaning, parking, Hokkaido and Furano accommodation taxes, any genuinely applicable bathing tax, tax-inclusive total, payment and cancellation. Among the eight official Nozo room types, only the Junior Suite lists a bathtub; the other listed types say shower. Sugi Spa is officially described as onsen-inspired and hot-spring-like, not as proof of natural hot-spring water. A Trip.com hot-spring icon cannot create a spring source or private room bath. Keep only one room for the same night.
Owned Hokkaido evidence is real, but neither record is a target stay
The author has first-hand Hokkaido ski and equipment-transfer experience and separately visited Biei's Blue Pond in early summer. Those records help frame winter luggage and a wider Furano–Biei route.
The author stayed at neither Nozo Hotel nor Fenix Furano. The photographs prove no target room, spa, kitchen, laundry, breakfast, pickup, snow, lift operation, availability, service quality or Trip.com booking.
Match 14-38 and 19-10 Kitanominecho as two separate orders
Nozo is property ID 110029424 at 14-38 Kitanominecho. Fenix is property ID 47412627 at 19-10 Kitanominecho. A shared neighbourhood does not create one entrance, desk, inventory, restaurant, parking rule, pickup or confirmation.
Reject a list page, review page, coupon, Fenix West, old name or nearby property. Save the property ID, English name, complete address, room and lead guest from one matching confirmation, and stop when any identity field changes.
Nozo rooms: only the Junior Suite lists a bathtub
The official room page lists eight types. Superior Queen, King and Twin; Deluxe King and Twin; Family; and Family with Bunk list one bathroom with shower. The Junior Suite lists two bathrooms, with a bathtub in one.
A private bathroom, shower, shared Sugi Spa and natural onsen are four different claims. Do not copy the Junior Suite bathtub, a view, floor, bed arrangement, connecting setup or in-room onsen into another room from photographs or a property-level icon.
Nozo shared spa: onsen-inspired is not natural-onsen proof
Sugi Spa is officially described as an onsen-inspired bathing area and hot-spring-like experience, with separate hot and cold baths and sauna. That supports a shared bathing facility, not a natural spring source or private room onsen.
Recheck operating hours and maintenance for the actual stay. Shared laundry and microwave facilities elsewhere in the hotel are not in-room laundry or a full kitchen; if private use or specific equipment is essential, require matching written room terms.
Fenix rooms: hotel room and studio are not one- to three-bedroom apartments
The official Fenix rental page assigns a fully equipped designer kitchen and in-room laundry to its named one-, two- and three-bedroom suites/apartments. Bedroom count, bathrooms, beds, view and capacity also follow the complete selected room.
Deluxe Studio and Superior Hotel Room list Basic Amenities, and a Run of House leaves the exact room unresolved. Do not use an appliance icon from one card to grant a kitchen, washer, bathtub or specific view to another room.
Fenix breakfast, pickup and ski access require travel-date proof
The official Fenix room page describes complimentary daily breakfast as winter-only for the displayed room categories. The current generic Trip.com surface describes breakfast and the restaurant separately. Count it only when the selected full rate, checkout, confirmation and matching written property reply all agree; never turn winter-only into year-round inclusion.
Ski-in/ski-out, gondola-front location and pickup are not a lift-operation, pass, lesson, rental, airport-transfer, free-seat or timetable guarantee. Confirm the actual Kitanomine route, lift operation, pickup scope, direction, price and reservation separately.
Compare cleaning, transport and tax-inclusive totals
Use equal dates, room count, real ages, complete room, meals and cancellation. Add any room-specific kitchen or laundry value, cleaning schedule, parking, pickup or outside transport before comparing the tax-inclusive checkout under one display and payment currency.
Recheck Hokkaido and Furano accommodation taxes for the stay date. Bathing tax is a separate mineral-spring tax question; do not infer it from Nozo's onsen-inspired wording or add it to Fenix without an applicable checkout or property statement.
Final gate: one room contract, one operating check and one cancellation
Before payment, match property ID, English name, address, dates, real ages, complete room, beds, capacity, shower or bathtub, kitchen, laundry, breakfast, cleaning, shared facilities, ski operation, transport, taxes, total, payment and cancellation. Stop when an essential term disappears between room card, checkout and confirmation.
Choose Nozo or Fenix and Keep only one room for the same night. Save separate confirmations for rail, bus, pickup, parking, lift pass, rental, lesson and meals, then reopen official operating information before departure.

Hotel comparison FAQ
Did the author stay at Nozo Hotel or Fenix Furano?
No. The owned records are a separate Hokkaido ski trip and a separate Biei Blue Pond visit. They prove no target stay, room, spa, kitchen, laundry, breakfast, pickup, ski operation or Trip.com order.
Is Nozo's Sugi Spa a natural onsen?
Do not claim that. The current official page describes an onsen-inspired, hot-spring-like shared bathing area with hot and cold baths and sauna. That wording does not prove natural hot-spring water or an in-room onsen.
Does every Nozo room have a bathtub?
No. Among the eight official room types, only the Junior Suite lists a bathtub. The other listed types say shower. Require the complete room name and confirmation when a bathtub is essential.
Does every Fenix room have a kitchen, laundry and breakfast?
No. Full kitchen and in-room laundry belong to named one- to three-bedroom suites/apartments, not Deluxe Studio, Superior Hotel Room or Run of House. Official breakfast wording is winter-only; inclusion still requires the selected rate, checkout and confirmation to agree.
How do I compare the two totals fairly?
Use equal dates, room count, real ages, complete room, meals and cancellation. Add cleaning, transport, parking, Hokkaido and Furano accommodation taxes, and only a genuinely applicable bathing tax before keeping one room.
Recheck room inventory, taxes, dining, transport and cancellation with the provider before payment and departure.
