Furano hotel: La Vista Furano Hills or Shin Furano Prince?
Choose one Furano night by JR-station access, Nakagoryo resort time, complete room, shared onsen, Ningle Terrace, transport, tax and cancellation.

This guide starts after you have already fixed one night in Furano City. It compares one complete room at La Vista Furano Hills with one complete room at Shin Furano Prince Hotel. We have stayed at neither hotel and have not used these Trip.com links. Search both exact properties with the same dates, room count and every guest’s real age, then align the full room name, beds, smoking status, view wording, shared-bath rights, meals, transport, Furano and Hokkaido accommodation taxes, payment and cancellation. Keep only one room for the same night.
Each record below establishes only the experience named on its card. It is not a review, booking confirmation or evidence of rooms, baths, meals, transport or views at either target property.

The author visited Biei Shirogane Blue Pond in early summer and photographed the water and trees. This establishes only a different Furano–Biei regional trip; it is not a stay at either target and proves nothing about their rooms, views, baths, meals, parking, buses, ski area or travel-date weather.
This guide contains clearly marked affiliate links. If you complete a booking after following one, this site may earn a commission. That does not increase your price or turn the linked product into the author’s own stay.
Start with one fixed Furano night
If you are still deciding between a Sapporo day trip, an Asahikawa base or Biei Shirogane Onsen, finish that higher-level choice first. This guide begins later: the same night is already staying in Furano City, and only La Vista Furano Hills and Shin Furano Prince Hotel remain.
Enter identical check-in and check-out dates, room count and every guest’s real age on both exact Trip.com pages. Open one complete room at each property, align meal and cancellation terms, and keep only one room for the same night. Starting prices, scores, rankings, discounts and remaining-room messages do not replace this process.
The 30-second answer: JR and town or Nakagoryo resort time
Start with La Vista when you arrive by JR, leave by train the next morning or want to reduce luggage movement around Furano town. The official estimate is about three minutes on foot from JR Furano Station, but that does not automatically solve room size, bed, bathroom, meals or winter ground conditions.
Start with Shin Furano Prince when the hotel’s forest setting, Ningle Terrace or a separately confirmed ski plan is the centre of the stay. Do not read it as a JR Furano Station walk: rooms, buses, shared hot spring, shops and ski contracts each need their own confirmation.
Ad / affiliate link — this opens the exact Trip.com page for La Vista Furano Hills Natural Hot Spring, property ID 43094932. It is not Shin Furano Prince Hotel, a Furano hotel list, an official direct booking, the author’s stay, Biei Blue Pond, a JR, bus, rental-car or ski product, an all-room mountain view, an in-room private onsen, breakfast, dinner, free services or a promise of current price and inventory.
Enter the real check-in and check-out dates, room count and every guest’s real age. Confirm property ID 43094932, English name La Vista Furano Hills Natural Hot Spring, 5-14 Asahimachi, the complete room name, beds, occupancy, area, non-smoking status, bathroom, meals, child terms, Furano and Hokkaido accommodation taxes, tax-inclusive total, payment and cancellation. The official ninth-floor Shiun no Yu is a shared gender-separated natural hot spring, and Ashibetsu, Shirakaba and Yamabuki are three shared private-use baths. None is an in-room private onsen. The hotel states about three minutes on foot from JR Furano Station and free first-come, non-reservable parking; snow, luggage, walking time and parking position are not guaranteed. After choosing La Vista, remove Shin Furano Prince for the same night.
Firsthand boundary: one Biei visit, zero target stays
The author visited Biei Shirogane Blue Pond in early summer and photographed the water and trees. That owned record establishes only the background of a different Furano–Biei regional trip; regional proximity cannot turn it into a Furano hotel experience.
We have stayed at neither hotel and have not used either Trip.com link. The Blue Pond photograph proves nothing about rooms, views, shared baths, meals, soundproofing, service, buses, skiing, parking, inventory or travel-date conditions at either target.
One city still means two addresses and two bases
Match La Vista to property ID 43094932 and 5-14 Asahimachi, and Shin Furano Prince to property ID 704148 and Nakagoryo. They do not share an entrance, front desk, room inventory, parking area, bath, restaurant or confirmation.
Place the first arrival and final departure before daytime attraction names. The station side fits a JR-and-town sequence; the Prince side fits a hotel-and-Nakagoryo sequence. A hotel list, review, photograph or coupon page cannot replace the exact property ID and complete confirmation.
La Vista rooms: the hotel name does not guarantee view or in-room onsen
The official room list separates queen, Hollywood twin, superior twin, deluxe twin and four-person rooms by area and occupancy. Trip.com also exposes several complete room names and a room assigned at check-in, so the hotel name cannot supply a bed, floor, view or bathtub that the chosen room omits.
Before payment, check the property ID, English name, address, complete room, bed, occupancy, area, non-smoking status, window and bathroom. If a precise bed, area, floor, bath or view is essential, reject random assignment and retain only a room whose details and confirmation state every required condition.
La Vista baths: shared facilities are not part of every room
The official ninth-floor Shiun no Yu is a shared gender-separated natural hot spring. Ashibetsu, Shirakaba and Yamabuki are three private-use but still shared hotel baths. Private use is not the same right as a private onsen inside every guest room.
Recheck operating hours, maintenance, waiting, use rules and restrictions for the travel date. Breakfast, night service, drinks and laundry are also separate conditions: count only what the selected complete rate and confirmation preserve, not every service associated with the brand.
Prince rooms: separate Tokachi side, floor, sofa bed and smoking status
The official inventory separates 28-square-metre standard twins, 33-square-metre doubles, high-floor Tokachi-side twins and 61-square-metre suites. Trip.com likewise distinguishes smoking, non-smoking, view and sofa-bed wording. The property name alone cannot guarantee a high floor, mountain view or non-smoking room.
Confirm property ID 704148, English name, Nakagoryo address, complete room, bed or sofa bed, occupancy, area, floor, direction, smoking status and bathroom. If the required view or non-smoking status is absent from the room and confirmation, choose another complete room.
Prince facilities: bath, shops and skiing remain separate contracts
Shisai no Yu is a shared hot-spring facility, not an in-room bath, and the official page separately publishes hotel-guest hours and charges. Count access only when the selected rate, confirmation and travel-date official conditions agree.
Ningle Terrace shops have separate hours and irregular closing days, while weather, roads and parking can restrict access. A Shin Furano Prince room does not include a bus seat, Ningle Terrace shop opening, ski-area operation, lift ticket, lesson or rental. Snow and travel-date operations require separate checks.
Put transport, meals, parking and tax into one real total
La Vista states about three minutes on foot from JR Furano Station and free first-come, non-reservable parking. Treat Prince as a separate bus, taxi or car journey. Furano Bus currently says no reservation is required, seats cannot be reserved and flight or JR connections are not guaranteed; recheck the travel-date timetable.
Use the same dates, real ages, room count, meals and cancellation level, then add Furano and Hokkaido accommodation taxes, property-collected charges, parking, JR, bus, taxi, rental car and any shared-bath charge you will actually use. Do not store a fixed price or tax-included claim in this evergreen guide.
Final payment order: complete room, transport, then one booking
First confirm the two property IDs under equal conditions. Second record the complete room, beds, occupancy, smoking status, view, bathroom, shared baths, meals, taxes, payment and cancellation. Third confirm the actual station, bus, taxi or car route and any separate shop or ski activity.
After selecting one property, save its confirmation and any matching written answer. Keep only one room for the same night, cancel the other before its free-cancellation deadline and retain the cancellation receipt. JR, bus, taxi, rental car, baths, Ningle Terrace, lifts, lessons and equipment remain separate records.

Hotel comparison FAQ
Have you stayed at La Vista Furano Hills or Shin Furano Prince Hotel?
No. The author visited Biei Shirogane Blue Pond on a different trip but has stayed at neither target. The owned record is not evidence of either room, view, bath, meal, service, transport or Trip.com order.
Are La Vista’s three private-use baths in-room private onsen?
No. The ninth-floor natural hot spring and three private-use baths are shared hotel facilities, not in-room private onsen. Confirm the selected room’s own bathroom separately and recheck the shared facilities’ travel-date rules.
Do all Shin Furano Prince rooms face the Tokachi mountains and prohibit smoking?
No. Official and Trip.com inventories separate floors, directions, beds, sofa beds and smoking status. Count a view or non-smoking condition only when the complete selected room and confirmation both preserve it.
Does a Shin Furano Prince booking include the bus, Shisai no Yu, Ningle Terrace and skiing?
No. Bath charges and hours, bus stops and seats, shop operations, ski-area opening, lift tickets, lessons and equipment are separate conditions. A room confirmation does not replace them.
How do I compare fairly without duplicate bookings?
Enter the same dates, room count and real ages, then align complete rooms, meals and cancellation before comparing the payment-page total including taxes and transport. Choose one property and remove the other room for the same night.
Recheck room inventory, taxes, dining, transport and cancellation with the provider before payment and departure.
