Match the property identity and resolve Sanyoan's address mismatch
Start with property ID 1647554 for Sanyoan and ID 97396122 for Seijyakubow. Save each English property name and the complete selected room before reading a price, amenity icon or review summary.
Trip.com currently says Minami 13 while the current official footer says Minami 12. Treat that as an unresolved arrival-address mismatch, not a typo to silently repair; require matching written confirmation before payment and again before travel.
Sanyoan: source-fed room bath does not mean open-air bath in every room
The official room surface presents eleven named rooms with source-fed moor-hot-spring bathing. Complete room identity still controls the layout, bed or futon, capacity, area and whether the bath is indoor or open-air.
Only Sakura no Sono #351 and Haru no Umi #357 are official open-air-bath special rooms. Do not promote another room into an open-air room because the property has a shared open-air bath, an onsen icon or a photograph of those two special rooms.
Seijyakubow: all rooms have open-air baths, but hinoki indoor baths are selective
All 24 rooms have source-fed moor-hot-spring open-air baths. The current official room page separates north Standard, east Superior and west Deluxe at 51㎡ from south Executive at 64㎡.

A room with an in-room moor bath does not establish breakfast, dinner, restaurant format, serving time, drinks or dietary accommodation. Count meals only when the complete rate, checkout and confirmation agree, then contact the property early about allergies.
Shared moor baths, open-air areas, sauna, spa or lounge facilities can have separate hours, maintenance, age, health and tattoo rules. A property-level amenity icon does not add them unconditionally to every rate or replace the selected room bath.
